Company Summary
Our organization is an enterprise that is involved in numerous aspects of the real estate industry.  Primary experience and expertise is in the development and management of high-quality, market priced living for families and professionals seeking modern living environments.

Company History
Creative Environments was started over 30 years ago as a formal partnership between Randy Haller and Terry Haller (Our Founders) to do remodeling for homeowners and invest in real estate.  Through the years, Creative Environments, and the organization of companies we formed, has owned, operated, and sold several successful small and large businesses; completed numerous outside remodeling projects; managed over 50 rental units; and purchased, rehabilitated, rented, and sold nearly 30 single family homes and dozens of multi-unit, residential and commercial, investment properties.  Many of these properties were financed using private lenders from the community who had observed our success through the years.  In 2005, Creative Environments' business structure was converted to a Limited Liability Company.  The name is now Creative Environments CE LLC, the CE reflecting the fact that the company is often referred to by its initials.  The focus of Creative Environments CE LLC was refined to include only the remodeling portion of the former business.
The other aspects of the property investment business were broken into several separate LLCs as needed to concentrate on property acquisition, ownership, property management, and funding.  In 2005, Brian Davis Properties LLC was created as our property managment division to continue expansion of our high quality management capabilities.  In 2008, Flagship Housing LLC was created as our primary acquisitions and ownership entity, and Domestic Funding LLC was created at that time to fund the properties.  As this process continues, entities will be formed as needed so that properties can be retained on a long term basis to meet our revenue and investment goals.

  6. Working hard and retaining a solid backing from our lenders and advisors.

This industry is constantly evolving and changing, leaving many inflexible property owners stagnant.  One of the major trends is the need to adapt to modern living advancements as well as maintain the overall appearance and condition of the complexes.  Our organization of companies is dedicated to following these trends while maintaining the level of comfortable livability that sets us apart from our competitors.

Mission
Our organization provides high-quality, comfortable rental units in the Rochester NY area.  Our apartment units offer modern living conditions reflective of the advancements in housing products and a growing need for quality housing.  Our company is dedicated to a hassle free living environment in which our tenants can enjoy all of the benefits of safe, attractive, and inviting units.  Unlike many other management companies that are solely concerned with turning profits, our primary objective is to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction that is achievable.  Tenant safety, happiness, and comfort are our main goals.  We maintain competitive market rents, while working toward expanding the number of units owned, and increasing total profits earned.
Ongoing focus will be to buy and develop existing apartment complexes.  We will modify and remodel the acquired real estate so as to meet our level of standards, increase long-term asset value, and develop a higher rate of return for our company and our lenders.  Housing units will continue to be predominantly located in middle to upper class neighborhoods, targeting both families and professionals.  We foster the ideals of fulfilling important tenant needs, along with healthy relationships and a professional commitment to satisfaction.  Within the company, we continue to strive to work as a cohesive, harmonious unit focused on exemplifying this mission.
